World-Famous Anonymous Artist.

Banksy is an anonymous street artist from Bristol, known for his sharp, often humorous art with a clear social and political message. Since the 1990s his works appeared on streets in British cities and have grown into international icons. Despite his global fame, his identity has never been confirmed, contributing to the enduring fascination around his work.

Banksy is regarded as one of the most influential contemporary artists. In 2010 he was included by Time Magazine in the list of the 100 most influential people in the world. His career includes several high-profile moments, including the famous shredding of Girl with Balloon immediately after the sale.

Banksy's Works Up Close

The Art of Banksy is, like Banksy himself, often copied, but for more than ten years the only traveling museum-quality exhibition solely focused on displaying original, authenticated Banksy art. All works shown are legally obtained and not taken from the street.

The exhibition brings visitors exceptionally close to the artist. You will see iconic works and personal pieces Banksy made for people in his circle, supplemented with exclusive video stories from trusted confidants and staff. These provide insight into the origins of famous works and stunts, and make the exhibition authentic and personal.
